Questions and Answers

When you come across an issue or obstacle in the workplace, you can share it in SpeakUp as a Question post. Once it’s been posted, your co-workers can add however many Answers they’d like. You can even add your own Answer!

To create a Question post:

  1. Click the "Create a Post" button from the header
  2. Select the post type "Question" and choose which Group you want to post to
    Note: To create a group, choose the last option from the Group menu
  3. Under "Post Content" type in your Question
  4. If you want to elaborate on your Question, click "Add more details..."
  5. Additional options when posting:
  6. When you feel like your post is ready, click the "Post Your Question" button at the bottom

To add an Answer post:

  1. Click on any Question post from the main feed
  2. Just below the post details, you will see tabs for Answers & Comments. Click on the "Answers" tab
  3. Next to your photo, enter your Answer in the text input
  4. If you want to elaborate on your Answer, click "Add more details..."
  5. Additional options when posting:
  6. When you feel like your post is ready, click the "Add an Answer" button at the bottom
