Tags

When you create posts in SpeakUp, you can include as many tags you want. This feature makes filtering and sorting easier for your team. Here’s how to attach tags to a post:
  1. Click the blue "Create a Post" button at the top right hand portion of your page.
  2. Fill out the details of your post.
  3. Just below the File Upload section is the "Add a tag" text box.
  4. If there are existing tags in your company’s SpeakUp account, they will appear just above the "Add a tag" text box.
    1. Only the first ten tags used by your company will appear.
    2. You can click the "Show more" button until you see all of the available tags.
    3. Select one or several that apply to your post.
    4. If the tag you are looking for doesn’t exist, you can make a new tag by simply typing a tag then pressing space to create a new tag.
  5. If there are no existing tags in your company’s SpeakUp account, you can create the tags yourself by:
    1. Scrolling down to the "Add a tag" text box.
    2. Typing a tag then pressing space to create a new tag.
